To Whom it may concern,

During our calendar year 2022 Grace Outreach Center installed new software to track donations. As a result, you may receive two different statements receipting your donations for 2022, one from the previous platform and one from the current platform based which system recorded the donation. However, none of your donations would have been duplicated, they would have been recorded one of the systems. Please note that a statement might contain more than one page, but the statements are formatted differently for each of the platforms and hope it is apparent as you look at them.

To arrive at your total donations if you receive donation statements from each of the systems, you will need to add the totals from each statement to arrive at your total donations to Grace Outreach Center 2022.
