Hey Parents!

We are excited for Mid-Summer Madness 2024!!

We have been praying about this week and cannot wait to see what God does!  We are prepped and ready for the kiddos!  This year’s theme is Legos:  Building a Firm Foundation in Christ!

The first day you  bring your kiddo(s), we will have them check in and get a colored wristband.  Please have them keep it on for the week, as this is their team color and will help us keep them w/ their teams!

Your kiddo’s safety is of the upmost importance.  We will have security on the premises.  Upon arrival, each morning you will check in your kiddo;  each kid will receive a name tag and you will receive the parent pick up tag.  If you lose your tag, please make sure you have your picture ID for verification.
 **You may also text the pick up tag to another person to pick up your kiddo.  If they do not have the tag, the main contact from registration will be contacted for verification.

Each day, your kiddo(s) will participate in worship, Bible lesson, snacks, crafts, and games.  Each day WILL BE HOT!  Please dress them appropriately for the weather as we will be outside for about 25 minutes each day (tennis shoes are preferable).  

We will be collecting offering for BGMC everyday, first thing in the morning. It is a boys vs. girls competition!  
This year, for the first $250 raised, pre-school girls will put make-up on Ms. Alyssa.
For $500, Ms. Alyssa will walk across the stage, barefoot on Legos.
For $750, Ms. Alyssa will get pies in the face.
For $1,000, Ms. Alyssa will get silly-stringed.
For $1,250 raised, Ms. Alyssa will get a glitter beard.
But, for anything over $1,500, Ms. Alyssa will get slimed!!!
(Daily amounts are accumulated into the overall total.)

WATER DAY will be Wednesday.  We will have a water slide and kiddos will be getting drenched!  Water shoes are allowed!  Bringing a towel is encouraged!

This year, we really want to encourage the kiddos to bring their Bible.  We will have multiple opportunities to look up scriptures.

Mid-Summer Madness FAQs

~Will there be sunscreen available for my kiddo?
~~We encourage you to apply sunscreen before arrival.  However, we will have sunscreen available at our outdoor station.

~Is food provided?
~~We will have an allergy-friendly snack everyday; there are no meals.  Please make sure your kiddo has eaten breakfast before you drop them off.

~May I pick up my child early?
~~We hope your kiddo can enjoy the whole event ;  however, if you need to pick your kiddo up early, we ask you let the registration team know when you drop them off so they can let  their team lead  and security know!

~Who do I call in case of an emergency?
~~If you have an emergency and need to contact us, please call or text 505-319-1198.  A staff member will be able to assist you.
